A native Kansan, Klint Spiller joined Kennedy Berkley in 2017 after working with the Shawnee County Attorney’s office. He puts his experience to work for you in practice areas that include banking, business law, commercial law, civil litigation, collections and landlord/tenant, criminal defense/DUI, estate planning and probate, family law, personal injury, and real estate.

About Klint

Klint Spiller grew up in the country near Salina and attended Southeast of Saline High School. He graduated from Fort Hays State University with two bachelor’s degrees and later earned his JD degree from the University of Kansas School of Law.

At the KU School of Law, Klint was a member of The University of Kansas Law Review, serving as a staff editor and articles editor. Klint also participated in the Paul E. Wilson Project for Innocence & Post-Conviction Remedies, and interned with the Saline County Attorney’s Office, then with the Shawnee County Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted misdemeanors and traffic crimes.
